CFO

Currently CFO of Calypso Uranium Corp. Over 15 years experience in the resource sector including past manager of Financial Reporting and Manager of Forecasting and Budgeting for Duke Energy's Gas Transmission Division. Previous tax manager at Ernst & Young LLP (Vancouver). Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Francesco Aquilini
Director

Managing Partner of Aquilini Investment Group, a Vancouver-based, private real estate investment firm. He has worked acquiring commercial enterprises such as the Vancouver Canucks NHL franchise. Aquilini Investment Group has agricultural holdings and is active in protecting wildlife and nature reserves. Holds MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Frank Giustra

Currently President and CEO of Fiore Financial Corporation and Chairman of Endeavour Financial. Former President and Chairman of Yorkton Securities Inc. Founder of Wheaton River and Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. Past director of UrAsia Energy, prior to the acquisition by Uranium One in 2007. Active philanthropist and founder of the Clinton-Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative.

Terry MacGibbon
Director

Professional geologist with over 33 years experience in the mining industry. Currently Executive Chairman of FNX Mining Company Inc. and served as President & CEO from 1997 to 2007. Past Director of Exploration for Inco Limited. Held directorships and senior executive positions in several TSX and TSX Venture Exchange public mining companies. Graduated of St. Francis Xavier University (B.Sc. in geology).

Nolan Watson
Director

President and CEO of Sandstorm Resources and former CFO of Silver Wheaton Corp. Has raised over $1 billion in debt and equity to fund the growth of various companies. He is a CFA charterholder, is a former valedictorian of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with honours) from the University of British Columbia.
